Are you preparing for birth, navigating postpartum recovery, or simply craving a more customized fitness experience? Our personal training is designed with you in mind.

Led by our founder, Negeen Lotfi, certified PPNFS, our sessions blend functional strength and mindful movement so you feel strong in every season of motherhood. 

Each package includes a complimentary prenatal or postnatal assessment, where we’ll take the time to truly get to know you: your body, your goals, and your journey. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan that evolves with you every step of the way. Motherhood is not one-size-fits-all, and your training shouldn’t be either.

We also offer standalone personal training sessions, which are a great way to receive focused one-on-one support. To make sure we’re fully aligned on your needs, a prenatal or postnatal assessment is required before booking your first session.

  • Pre/Postnatal Assessment

    Your 60-minute assessment starts your fitness journey. Beforehand, complete a brief intake form to share your goals and history. During the session, we'll discuss your pregnancy or postpartum experience, review goals, assess movement, and offer a mini lesson to introduce our training. You'll leave with a clear plan, next steps, and full support.

  • Single Session Personal Training

    ⚠️ A Prenatal/Postnatal Assessment is required before booking your first session.

    One-on-one training focused on your body and goals. Perfect if you want a highly personalized workout or a refresher between packages.

  • 5-Session Pack

    Perfect for clients looking to kickstart a movement routine or build consistency with added support. Includes complimentary assessment, one-on-one coaching, customized programming, plus take-home programming so you can keep making progress between sessions.

  • 10-Session Pack

    Best value. More time, more progress. Ideal if you’re working toward a strength goal, navigating recovery, or craving deeper reconnection back to your body. Includes complimentary assessment, progression planning, and continued one-on-one coaching through take-home programming to keep up the momentum.
