Led by our founder, Negeen Lotfi, certified PPNFS, our 45-minute sessions blend functional strength and mindful movement so you feel strong in every season of motherhood.
Each package includes a complimentary prenatal or postnatal assessment, where we’ll take the time to understand your body, your goals, and your journey. From there, we’ll build a tailored plan that evolves with you. Motherhood is not one-size-fits-all, and your training shouldn’t be either.
